A Less Expensive Look--Shoes

Since this blog is named Shoes and Sewing, I need to do more shoe posts being that I love shoes almost as much as sewing.  Just as I love to sew knock offs of clothing that is too expensive for me to buy, I really love to find knock offs of more expensive shoes or shoes that are very similar.  Awhile back anthropologie came out with the Tangled Treasure Sandals (now sold out).  These retailed for $110.

I was just surfing Payless.com and came across these sandals that reminded me of anthropologie's Tangled Treasure Sandals. These are not exact replicas but they are certainly a similar look.  These are called the Liverpool Sandal  and come in two colors, silver and gold.  They retail for $29.99.

Disclaimer:  I am in no way affiliated wtih Payless--I just love their shoes.

Yes, more shoe posts please! I like both of these. I'm really wanting a pair of flat gladiator sandals this year - I will have to check payless!

We have payless shoes here in oz too and i frequent the stores every chance i get. That Payless version does the Anthro one justice...and so much cheaper!

The Anthro Version did go on sale for $60. Personally I like the more strappy version. I wanted them at the beginning of the Summer. But, by the time they were put on sale, I was not that interested anymore. I love shoes. So more shoes please.
